BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — KBOI radio will soon be hitting the airwaves on your FM dials.
The Boise-area radio station will begin broadcasting on 93.1 FM in addition to its 670 dial on the AM.
“They now will have two options to consume a great heritage radio station,” said Nate Shelman, host. “Additionally, we have the ability to offer additional content without interrupting regular programming. Certain sporting events, Live press conferences, election coverage etc. KBOI will be able to offer a broader base of content."
Listeners will be able to listen to Boise State football on both 670 AM and 93.1. Men’s and women’s basketball will continue to air on 670 AM.
“KBOI is a heritage news-talk leader and we are excited to continue to grow our coverage, content, and entertainment in Idaho,” Shelman said.
